Mister Safety Warranty — 60 Months (5 Years) Protection
At Mister Safety, we believe electrical work should be done once, and done right.
Because of our whole-system approach, we proudly offer up to a 60 Months (5 Years) Parts & Labor Warranty on qualifying work. This warranty reflects the level of care, precision, and long-term thinking we bring into every home.
WHAT OUR WARRANTY COVERS
Our warranty covers defects in workmanship and installation performed by Mister Safety.
If a failure occurs due to something we installed or how it was installed, we will return and correct the issue at no cost to the homeowner within the applicable warranty period.
This includes:
- Improper or failed connections
- Installation-related defects
- Devices or components that fail due to installation error
- Work performed by Mister Safety that does not function as intended under normal use
If we did it, we stand behind it.
WHAT OUR WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER
While we stand firmly behind our work, we do not assume responsibility for conditions outside of our control.
This warranty does not cover:
- Pre-existing conditions or wiring not addressed during the approved scope of work
- Failures caused by other contractors, homeowners, or third parties modifying the system after our work is completed
- Power company-related issues, including service interruptions, voltage irregularities, or utility equipment
- Damage caused by lightning, power surges, flooding, fire, or other acts of nature
- Normal wear and tear of materials over time
- Manufacturer defects beyond their standard warranty (manufacturer warranty may apply separately)
- Misuse, overloading, or use outside of intended electrical capacity
- Cosmetic concerns that do not affect functionality
Electrical systems are interconnected. When only part of a system is addressed, other underlying issues may still exist outside of our scope.
DISCOUNTED WORK & ADJUSTED WARRANTY
Our full warranty is designed to support full-scope, properly corrected solutions.
- Qualifying work includes up to a 60 Month (5 Year) warranty
- Any discounted, reduced, or limited-scope work includes a 6 Month warranty
Discounted or reduced pricing may be offered in certain situations, whether due to promotions, scheduling availability, or adjustments made during the approval process. While the quality of our workmanship remains the same, reduced pricing limits our ability to support the work long-term at the same level. For this reason, discounted work includes a 6 Month warranty.
In these cases, long-term performance cannot be guaranteed in the same way, and the warranty is adjusted accordingly.
WARRANTY CONDITIONS
To maintain warranty coverage, the following conditions must be met:
- Payment for services must be made in full
- The installed system must not be altered, modified, or tampered with by others
- The electrical system must be used under normal residential conditions
- Any concerns must be reported within the applicable warranty period
Failure to meet these conditions may void the warranty.

We don’t offer long warranties as a sales tactic.
We offer them because we believe in solving problems at the root, not covering them up.
Most issues in electrical systems appear quickly when something isn’t right. When work is performed correctly and the system is treated as a whole, long-term reliability follows.

AGREEMENT TO WARRANTY TERMS
By approving and moving forward with any work performed by Mister Safety, the homeowner acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this warranty.
These terms are also reflected in all estimates, invoices, and project documentation provided prior to and upon completion of work.
