Mister Safety is available 24/7 to take your call and schedule service. You will always be able to reach a live person and book a technician to come to your home at any time. We always recommend that homeowners call at any time but schedule during normal business hours to avoid unnecessary emergency charges unless it is truly an emergency.
During our standard service hours from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, there is no dispatch fee. However, for after-hours service between 6:00 PM and 8:00 AM the following morning, a $299 emergency dispatch fee will apply. This fee covers only the cost of sending a qualified electrical technician to your home after hours and does not include diagnostic time, repairs, or any additional work performed.
We also honor Saturday as a day of rest; therefore, any service provided is at the company’s discretion and is considered an emergency visit with a $299 dispatch fee. While we occasionally handle calls as normal on certain Saturdays, we generally remain closed for standard service.
